Buena Vista Work Retreat

My older peeps may remember the occasional trips out to beautiful Buena Vista, CO that Jenny and I would make on occasion to escape the hectic city and retreat out to the quiet countryside. We stay at a little cabin and bring our laptops. It’s really nice. The only bummer is that there is no internet connection at the cabin. I write this at Bongo Billy’s, a local cafe’ that has the free wireless WIFI. I brought my bike and cruised over from the cabin. Jenny and Gary are going to meet me later at K’s Dairy Delight for a SPLURGE DAY BANANER SPLIT! They are so great at K’s!

Only two images to share so far. We got in at about 5 PM yesterday, and I snapped this shot of the mules that are always parked behind our cabin. Nice job, G7!

Last night, Jenny and I made crab legs and artichokes for dinner. That’s a special meal we make when we make on occasion! Gary was tired from barking at the mules.

Back to work I go… I’ll take more photos for my peeps tomorrow!
