Lindsey & Brad, Tapatio Cliffs, AZ
I’m in AZ once again for another great wedding. Lindsey and Brad hired me a long time ago to shoot their wedding. I like these two a lot for so many reasons. First off, we’re all about the same age, Brad was even in my fraternity, although a different campus, and they have been some of my loyal peeps and I came into their wedding feeling like I was shooting a wedding for a couple of my friends. They actually remind me a lot of some room mates I had when I first moved to Boulder, “Leah and Zach”, who were both from Chicago, but that’s another story… I’m sure my peeps just want me to quit the jibba-jabba and just show some photography. OK!
Welcome to Tapatio Cliffs, a Pointe Hilton. Awesome piece of property, amazing daycorr. (that’s the correct spelling for “DAYCORR”, right?) Yes, it is.

Before the ceremony, we drove up to the top of “A Different Pointe of View”, a restaurant at the top of this crazy steep hill… Lindsey had to call the guys to make sure they are not out goofing around too much.

My three favorite portraits of Lindsey:

Brad, was not used to being the center of attention like this. Spectators arrived from every direction.

Some were armed, aimed, and ready to shoot!

I love candid moments like this.. Flower gorl fans off a guest.

Believe it or not, it wasn’t too crazy hot. The guests, seated outside seemed just comfortable and happy!

I LOVE this shot of Lindsey and her dad.

Things to do today: “Get Married”. DONE!

After the ceremony… They guy on the far right is Lindsey’s brother, and a pro soccer player in Detroit. At least that’s what he was telling all the bridesmaides.
There were a lot of soccer players and generally athletic-looking people. Brad’s older sister has “peanut arms”, which is what Jenny wants (for her arms to be muscular, to where it takes the shape of a peanut”.

Needless to say, this goup loved to dance. I got a couple funny out-takes.
Four-armed woman does some fancy “VOGUE” moves.

And this guy found a nice private section all to his own to where he could bust out some RAD air guitar.

And last but not least, 108 more photos to music! ENJOY! And thanks SO much, Lindsey and Brad! Great to see you again in perfect marriage form!

Such gorgeous photos! As I told the bride, you really captured the warmth of the event, and the love that Lindsey and Brad have for one another… I hope there will be a chance for guests to view all the proofs and order?!?!

Mark, you did my daughters’ wedding last year. (Marie and Dan) You have a gift for capturing the best in the best way. Lindsey and Brad are such a gorgeous couple. Anyone who sees these shots would be proud to know them. Good Job!

“Bradley and Lindsey were married on Saturday! Brad looked like a boy until he went to college and became a man. Amy Weber looked like his babysitter in the picture at the reception…”
(Lyrical excerpt from a song written by Eli and Cort. The song rapidly deteriorates almost to the point of mean-spiritedness, but since it is so funny, it kinda works. We’re so happy for B&L!!)
