Lake of the HEHHHH???? Family Ruinion!
Hi Peeps. Just got back from just the most WONDERFUL family reunion on my mom’s side of the family. We had it at the Lake of the Okark Four Seasons loge/condos. Very fun.
They are always fun to hang out with and it came with the added bonus of ME, meeting my new Niece and Nephew!
OK, photos.
I flew into Kansas. The gift shops are filled with bobble heads, cookie jars and all sorts of other stuff, featuring this Little-House-on-the-Prairie-lookin’ girl named “Dorothy” and this green woman with horrible teeth and bushy eyebrows.
$79.99 for a psycho girl head cookie jar. What a deal!

OK now for my family…
My Nephew, Luke is a jolly young fella. OK buddy, you don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here.
Katherine doesn’t believe in breast-feeding. Instead she prefers to bypass the creamed carrots and buy her infant the “Country Skillet”. Macie grimaces, as she doesn’t know where to start!
I promised Gina I wouldn’t post this photo of her.
I promised her Hubby Nick, that I would not post this photo of him. Nick just retired from the Air Force. He was an F-15E pilot. He just got a new job with Boeing? He needs more coffee.

Even Graaaaaaanny and Granddad joined us for breakfast! What a smashing couple they are… Granny loves starlight mints. Granddad loves a stiff Martini with olives and cocktail onions.
Later, I went golfing with cousins Matt, Russ, Eric (cousin-in-law). I have more golf photos coming. But here’s a fun sequence I got of Russ as I gave him a demo of my Canon EOS 1D Mark II N’s eight-frame-per-second capabilities. His reaction (that’s Eric, cousin-in-law in the background):

We rented a boat for our own private Booze Cruise on the Lake of the Ozark. My Uncle Lee is a Pilot for Alaska Air, so it only made sense to put him at the wheel. More doctors in the background. From left to right (Victor, Laurie’s man; Laurie (Doctor), Michelle (Doctor). Good thing I didn’t become a doctor, or we’d have no photos to enjoy! That was close!

Later that night, we totally partied it up at the MIST, the trendy club in, who knew… Lake of the Ozarks. Thanks Matt for providing all the Belvedere! Cherry Bombers on me next time I am in AZ, cuz!
Even Aunt Peggy made it! That’s my Arizona rep giving her signature smile and wave with her son and my cousin Russ (and Vodka Tonic) in the foreground.

YEAH!! I have been waiting for this post! Its FANTASTIC! We are so lucky to have a pro like you at our reunion–.
Macie is mad at Uncle Mark for labeling one of her pictures as “Luke”, because although all babies look alike, he should be able to tell his own niece and nephew apart!

Thanks for sharing these photos. How lucky your family is to have a photographer! I love the shots of Graaanny - I have my own granny and love her to pieces. You took a great shot of her at my wedding and I have it framed and sitting where I can see it all the time. Thanks!!

When I first found out about Jes I wasn’t 100% sure if what you said was true, but then I said to myself-what do I have to lose?
Now,after something less than 2 years of using the Jes-Extender I am 1000% convinced that it works.
