Before and After
Here it is, 12 weeks. The after photo was taken in Laguna Beach, Jenny and I went there to celebrate achieving our goals!
Like I said, I am not totally satisfied with these results, I am changing a few things this time around. Also my before photo isn’t as disgusting this time around either. I’m too shy to show my face! 
I am also lifting less this time around and running more. I don’t necessarily like the college meat-head look. I want to be lighter and springy-er!
(I would have felt stupud shaving my chest, I’m not that kind of guy, but yes, I did get a trim!)
