How do you use a fork?
…so that it curves upward when entering your mouth, or downward?
I always see the critics on Iron Chef eating with their forks curved downward… and other people who think they are food experts seem to do the same thing. Does anyone know about this? Personally I eat with the fork curved up. I think that it’s an oxymoron to see a “classy” person eat with an upside down fork. To me it’s along the lines of gripping your eating utencils like a broomstick, you know how Mikey holds his spoon in the LIFE cereal commercials? Or maybe he is super classy too? I am so confused!
There’s my post for today. Weak. I know. But I had a REALLY FUN day in Beaver Creek / Vail today with Jenny, Gary, and my friend from college, Katie and her sister, Mivvi. I got a speeding ticket in Vail, going 77 in a 65. Gimme a break!
Photos to come, it’s late now and I just want to get to sleep, I have an early 5:40 AM wake up.
Today is Sunday so I didn’t have to worry about tracking my food - you don’t even want to know all that I ate!
I’m excited for a day of nuts, fruit, and water!

I flip it when I feel it’s necessary, but usually “right-side-up”.

Have you seen that older judge guy on Iron Chef? He drives me CRAZY! Not only does he eat with his fork flipped upside-down, but he refuses to swallow his food before he talks. GUGHHH!!!
