Jamie & Staci, Iowa Take I

Tonight I photographed the rehearsal dinner for Jamie and Staci’s wedding, and I’m excited to see the actual wedding. The light was great, and the greenery was awesome. Really neat place for a wedding! I gotta get myself to bed, so lets get to the photos!

I loved the “Country” theme. Very appropriate. I must say I really love this teeny tiny hometown of the bride!

Meet the Denver City Slickers couple! The groom’s sister was telling me that photography was super important to them and that they actually based their wedding date off of my availability. I don’t know how true this is, but it has happenned on occasion and it makes me feel so great! I hope I can give them some great photography and make it worth it!

The party was just getting started and people were already losing their pants. I think this was a record! He looks free and liberated!

I haven’t got such great wide-open kid shots since I bought my 50 1.2 for Matt & Sherry’s Wedding! LOVE IT

This rehearsal dinner was just a good time, period. The whole objective was to relax, forget about your problems, and have fun. Just the way a rehearsal dinner oughta be. CHECK

I love it when people hire me to shoot their rehearsal dinner because I get to witness friends and family coming together from far places and long times. I love the introduction of the “new additions” to these families.
