Oh SNAP! I just got invited to speak at the Wedding and Portrait Photographer’s International (WPPI) convention for the third year in a row! I am super pumped. It’s the biggest convention in the world, I’m pretty sure, for wedding and portrait photographers. Man I have so much great stuff to talk about this year, I don’t know how I am going to fit it into 2 short hours. Of all the years I have been in business, I have learned the most this past year, and I am excited to share it all. I will be improving my “Pilot or Passenger” topic (30 minutes), and more of my “Secrets of Capturing the Candid Moment” (30 minutes), but there is a third segment that I am going to touch on that is really requiring that I step out of my comfort zone a bit. But it’s the valuable lessons I have learned this last year, which has also made it my best year ever in the business (1 hour!).

So if you are planning on attending, make sure you sign up fast. Last year we got sold out super fast and some latecomers were bummed. They actually have a bouncer at the door, making sure no one sneaks in. Very nice bouncers, but also very firm!

Anyway, thanks again WPPI, for the invite, I am sooooooooo excited!
