It’s Valentines Day!
Jenny surprised me with the most desish Valentines Day Breakfast, keeping my strict diet in mind. What you see here are egg whites cut into hearts, beans arranged in a heart shape (she knows beans are my favorite carb, they are rich in protein and fiber!), and a steamed medley of spinach, mushrooms and turkey snausage! Awwwwww! Jenny! I love you my little Schmoopey Woopey! My little Princess! 
Just kidding, Jenny informed me yesterday that she does not ever want to be referred to as Princess. I agree, gag me with a spoon! Jenny is my QUEEN! 
Mmmmmm with a capital MMMMM!
Tonight I am romancing Jenny with my famous eggplant parmesan! Yum! (we are cheating for dinner) and then we are going to a movie at a cute little movie theater and sneaking in candy so that we don’t have to pay triple fees for DOTS.

Okay SCHMOOPSI-POOS…gag! Just kidding…you are two little lovey-dovey’s! Nick got a bag of Sour Patch Kids from me…that’s it…no heart-shaped anything. I guess that is the difference between being engaged and married for almost 13 years. Happy V-Day!

Yes Jamie, I LOVE lentils. I eat them all the time, they are my favorite of all the bean family. Are they beans? legume, perhaps? Nah I am pretty sure they be beans!

Oh man, those flimsy egg whites and magic- bulleted beans can’t even compare to the FEAST you created last night Mark! Holy moley - it was amazing! A whole spread of fancy appetizers, wine, homemade eggplant parmesan (my fave!) and perfectly al dente linguine (my other fave!) THANK YOU THANK YOU my love! Oh yea - fine shampanya and a great big cupcake too. Amazing.
