How About A little Fashion Photography
So there’s this girl who did some altering to the curtains in my office. Is that the right term? “Altering”? Sorry.
Anyway we did a trade of services. Instead of paying her for… “altering”??? I photographed her so that she could update her talent card… or something like that. I’m not a Fashion Photographer. But it sounded fun. She’s also a good friend of Studio Manager, Kendra. So we all took a break from our office work and did a little photo shoot right there in my studio.
We’ll start this post with a cool contrasty, grainy sepia tone (MY FAVORITE). I like the subtle imperfections. I almost cleaned up the floor in photoshop but I decided that I love it the way it is.

If you’ve ever been to my studio, the first thing you will notice are all the huge wondows. I never used strobes for these photos, we get enough natural light!
But then we strolled over and I busted out a spotlight we have sitting around. I love the effect it gave for this set.
Finally here’s Lori (I actually think I am mispelling her name - sorry!), her makeup artist and our very own Kendra!
